What started as one person knocking on doors, pitching drainage solutions and erosion control by hand, has grown into a trusted company partnering with HOAs, multifamily communities, and commercial clients across Texas. We built GRCo with the belief that the best projects begin with relationships—and the best results come from passion, precision, and people-first thinking.

Our Story
GRCo was built from the ground up—literally. Before we ever landed big contracts or hired a team, our founder was out in the field, knocking on doors, walking job sites, and pitching projects with nothing but a dream and a relentless work ethic.
At just 18 years old, that dream started with a job in sales—not in landscaping, but in learning how to understand people. It was there the foundation was laid: listen first, serve honestly, and never cut corners. That belief carried through every step—through years of late nights, setbacks, small wins, and eventually, a leap of faith to start something of our own.
GRCo was born out of necessity and fueled by passion. We saw an opportunity to do things differently—to bring professionalism, transparency, and heart into an industry that often lacks all three. With each project, whether it’s erosion control, drainage solutions, or full-scale landscape development, we’ve stayed true to one thing: people come first.
